Travel

Flights

Optis will arrange and fully cover flights for all attendees based on your origin city.

Stay

A block of rooms at the Shangri-La Toronto will be reserved and paid for by the Optis host team. One night included.

Ground Transportation

All transportation required throughout duration of stay will be refunded or provided through Optis Uber for Business.
Once your RSVP to Optis Optimize 2026 is confirmed, your dedicated point of contact will reach out personally to collect travel preferences and start making trip arrangements. Your travel brief will be shared with you directly one month out from the event.
