Timothy Nordin brings nearly two decades of experience in transforming finance, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Tim's career and experience was aptly timed with the disruption of the spend management space and the rise of cloud technology. Tim led several of the earliest projects in North America, allowing companies to drive bottom-line savings, reduce risk, and unlock working capital in projects that were completed in months instead of years.
With the rest of the Optis team, Tim is responsible for operations, sales, and delivery across a portfolio of global clients. Tim splits his time between his home in New York and Optis' newest office in London.
Adam Fischer is a consulting practice leader, Source-to-Pay specialist, and supply chain and technology advocate.
With almost two decades of experience, Adam's career spans time as both a practitioner across multiple industries and a consultant leading successful transformation initiatives, with an emphasis on S2P solutions. Together with Tim, he shared a vision to build a world-class consulting practice where client success is paramount, and technology enables strategic business goals. Since co-founding Optis in 2011, Adam’s role has evolved dramatically. Day to day, Adam appreciates the continued opportunity to spend time with clients and project teams as they work to solve problems and drive meaningful change.
When not working directly with clients, Adam steers business strategy, operations, and team development at Optis. Based in Vancouver, Adam is a proud family man, avid reader, coffee enthusiast, and sports fan.
Carla Eboni oversees Technical and Subscription Services at Optis Consulting. With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Carla is focused on supporting Source-to-Pay implementations and integrations.
Carla's career began in Brazil as an ERP developer, specializing in the manufacturing sector. Over time, she expanded her technical expertise by managing IT infrastructure and systems for a hardware distribution company and a university. Since joining Optis seven years ago, Carla now leads two teams: one focused on ERP and legacy system integrations with S2P platforms, and the other providing tailored sustainment services for customers who prefer not to maintain a dedicated IT team.
Currently based in Vancouver, Carla balances her technical leadership with a passion for creative projects, particularly quilting, where she enjoys blending fabrics, patterns, and colors.
Rafael Zveibil leads efforts across central North America while supporting many of Optis’ global customers.
With over 20 years of experience in source-to-pay and procurement technologies, Rafael has a proven track record of leading and supporting S2P platform implementations. His career began in Brazil as an engineer in large multinationals, eventually landing in the world of Operations Management where he optimized production processes and improved challenging fresh produce logistics. Since joining Optis in 2013 as one of the first employees, Rafael has expanded his expertise to include procurement transformation, process optimization, and change management, helping organizations unlock the full value of their procurement solutions.
Based in Calgary, Rafael enjoys spending time with his family, and travelling throughout the Americas and Europe, with a jazz soundtrack.
Aaron Dunn leads efforts in the Canada East region while supporting many of Optis' US and Global customers.
Aaron's career in spend management began with an emphasis on spend analysis and category management before expanding into broader procurement transformation. Since joining Optis in 2017, Aaron has led the expansion of Optis' Procurement Advisory and Focus service offerings. Today, Aaron is deeply involved in enabling procurement transformation through technology, building capabilities within client organizations, and helping clients navigate through the stages of their transformation journeys.
Based in Etobicoke, Aaron is an avid sports fan, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, Toronto Maple Leafs, and Blue Jays.
